    Transformation Tuesday? Hello!

    As much as we may desire transformation in our lives, isolated transformation is rare. We are a collective. Connected to the people around us. Our environment plays a large role in our ability to transform.

    This week, we will focus on the environment of our transformation.

    Walking Meditation for Overcoming Challenges. Overcoming challenges can be difficult for several reasons. We may have fear of failure or the unknown creating a sense of anxiety or stress. Use this meditation to help you overcome challenges through affirmations, visualizations, and acceptance of what those challenges you face are.

    Take a breather. Use today to bring yourself joy.

    Standing Movement Meditation - Welcome to our movement meditation session. This Tai Chi inspired flow is meant to integrate mind and body through dynamic change and transformation.

    Our Movement Meditation will encourage exploration of our belly breaths - or diaphragmatic breathing. If you have every watched a baby sleep their entire torso expands like a balloon. These breaths are natural and effortless.

    Explore the Yin Yoga guide and spend 20 minutes intentionally moving softly through 5-6 Yin Yoga postures to press your edge and find a deep stretch.
