AIMwell is a Black wellness enterprise founded in 2022. We got our start as a pop-up yoga studio on February 4, 2023, and opened our own brick-and-mortar studio right here on Troost on August 24, 2024.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between those who experience the benefits of wellness and those who don't — movement, connection, inviting third spaces, and mindfulness are critical parts of your overall wellbeing.
