Week 1: Starting Empowered
The AIMwell Transformation and Empowerment Yoga Program is an 8-week program introducing yoga to beginners. It is designed for you to easily follow along over the course of 8 weeks to readily prepare you for more in-person yoga classes or to continue your yoga and mindful practice with more ease.

Week 2: Flexibility and Compression.
Week 2 of the AIMwell Yoga Beginners Empowerment Series is focused on identifying what is stopping you from pushing forward o your goals, mentally and physically. This week, you will explore a journal exercise that addresses factors that stop you from reaching your goals and a chance to mark factors you can control.
Learn how to stand strong through the 4 corners of the feet and engage in walking mediations that led to transformation.

Week 3: Intro to Meditation
Meditation is something we learn.
Over the past 25 years there has been research demonstrating the benefit of meditation on physical and mental health as well as impact on concentration, memory, clarity, and complex tasks.
The purpose of this week is to clarify the practice of meditation and help you apply it to your life.
