Easy 4 - 3 - 7 Breath work

Breathwork is a great tool to use when we notice we are stressed or on the verge of disaster! A quick breathwork exercise to keep yourself regulated and focused. Inhale for 4, Hold the inhale for 3, and Exhale for 7. Repeat as many times as you need.
