Here, we create intentional moments of joy, reflection, and togetherness in Kansas City’s urban core. We believe that being well takes a village, and our mission is to provide meaningful opportunities for people to be well together.
Whether you’re swapping goods, dancing under the stars, or just catching up over a bonfire, you’ll feel right at home here.
A Yard Sale Vibe, Wellness Annex Style
The Swap & Shop Soirée is the very first annual event at The Wellness Annex—and we’re kicking things off with community, sustainability, and a little bit of treasure hunting.
This isn’t your average yard sale. It’s a weekend-long gathering where neighbors, creatives, and wellness lovers come together to shop, swap, and connect.
How it Works:
Bring gently used clothing, household items, books, décor, or wellness goods.
Set up to sell—or trade—with fellow soiree go-ers.
Find new-to-you treasures, give your own items a second life, and support local sustainability.
Why It Matters:
5% of all proceeds go directly to the Blue Hills Neighborhood, supporting local initiatives and uplifting the community that makes the Wellness Annex possible.
