Return Policy

All sales made through AIMwell Yoga’s online platforms are considered final unless otherwise stated below

    • Unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in original condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • IThe following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

    • Digital products (online classes, workshops, recordings)

    • Memberships and class packages

    • Event tickets and special programming

    • Gift cards

    • Sale or promotional items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at debonie@aim-well.org with your order date and photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

  • Orders may only be canceled if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, standard return policies apply.

  • Exchanges may be available based on inventory. Please contact us to confirm availability before sending an item back.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    Email debonie@aim-well.org with:

    • Order date

    • Item(s) being returned

    • Reason for return
