Recharge yourself as often as your phone, lower your stress, and get the rest you deserve. We move through 30 minutes of restorative postures targeting hips and back and end with 30 minutes of rest and crystal singing bowls. Restorative postures are modified with the use of blocks, bolsters, and blankets. We hold these postures for 5-7 minutes. In the last 30 minutes, we let the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls activate your theta brain waves and guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
