A structured class with the same sequence repeated for three months to deepen strength and flow for a practitioner who wants to push their practice gently with consistency to grow your physical and mental endurance while mastering foundational power poses with intention and clarity.

For an intermediate yogi that is ready to turn up the intensity, this is a faster-paced class that challenges your body and breath through dynamic movement, evolving sequences, and more complex poses to advance your flow practice while unlocking your strength, stamina, and deeper breath control.
