I’m An Advanced Yogi

  • You have maintained a consistent yoga practice mentally and physically. You may be looking to gain strength for arm balances, understand alignment, or weave yoga into your life off the mat..

  • Mastery of advanced poses, deepen breath control, and maintaining mental balance.
