Our Story
AIMwell is a Black wellness enterprise founded in 2022. We got our start as a pop-up yoga studio on February 4, 2023, and opened our own brick-and-mortar studio right here on Troost on August 24, 2024.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between those who experience the benefits of wellness and those who don't — movement, connection, inviting third spaces, and mindfulness are critical parts of your overall wellbeing.
Two Years On Troost
This anniversary cements our business in the Kansas City community. Our studio has evolved since the first time you walked in — we now have a strong staff and robust services to fill any wellness gap you feel in your work or life.
It's been a fun ride converging with so many people, organizations, and energies to spread love, positivity, health, movement, and connection. Thank you for growing with us.
